Nicaragua. The land in between. So sweet in spite of herself, and despite a history where wealth and poverty, dictatorship and democracy, inhuman situations and collectivist impulses collide. A land that is reflected in its ability to be reborn as it is reflected in the great lake that nature has placed at its center, and capable of synthesizing its first fruits such as hope and joy of living. In his tough, calm and disciplined character of a secondborn, this younger brother reveals himself - at first and to our great surprise - a wheel of exotic and Middle Eastern scents as well as balsamics and fruits not quite evolved. The latter have also slumbered, as if to imitate the elder. On the palate, a babel of notes and tones with a closed and austere alcohol tempo. Balsamic éclairs and strong chlorophyll, alongside white chocolate, lacquer and ground coffee. Eighteen. A really complex age...
