When tasting this absinthe, one inevitably begins to think of the great artists who sometimes found in it their source of inspiration. The first nose oscillates between licorice, star anise and aromatic plants (thyme, oregano). With water, it opens with notes of white mint and peppermint. The mouth is finely liquorice. Coriander, star anise and ginger are its heating core. The finish is delicately smoked and roasted (tobacco). As an apotheosis, a thin tarred film covers licorice stick.

La Fée Pairisienne

A symbol of bohemian Paris, La Fée Parisienne is a traditional absinthe distilled in France using a historic recipe. Made with grand wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and a blend of aromatic herbs, it delivers intense notes of anise, fennel, and fresh botanicals.
