The Pacifico Panama & Thailand embodies the art of blending according to La Compagnie des Indes. This cuvée brings together rums from 6 to 12 years old, selected for their aromatic complementarity. Panama brings roundness and greed, while Thailand expresses more spicy and lively tones. Ageing in barrels gives depth, structure and finesse to this ageless blend.

Tasting notes

The nose reveals a rich bouquet: caramel, praline, candied orange and floral touches. On the palate, the attack is full, marked by aromas of liquorice, eucalyptus and chocolate, enhanced by a note of nutmeg. The finish, long and balanced, testifies to the elegance of this tasting rum.

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France.
