Don Pancho carries out a continuous distillation of cane wine in five different stills before aging for 3 to 4 years in two stages: once in new American oak barrels, a second time in old bourbon barrels.

The final blend being chosen later by Don Pancho, the rum is filtered three times. Caña Brava Rum is round, unctuous and shows a beautiful aromatic complexity. We can thus perceive notes of flowers, freshly cut grass, vanilla, wood, spices and chocolate.
