Controlled double ageing
Produced using a multi-column distillation process, this pure and light rum first acquires its aromas in contact with American oak. Its passage in Armagnac barrels from the maison gélas enriches its profile by bringing it gourmet and fruity notes.
A soft and enveloping nose
The first nose reveals a mellow sensation, between vanilla, coconut and nougat, softened by a finely caramelized oak. With aeration, it evolves towards sweet and powdery nuances, reminiscent of marshmallow and lightly toasted red fruits.
A round and balanced palate
On the palate, this rum is distinguished by its velvety texture and aromas of ripe mango and red fruit syrup. The toasted oak barrel blends delicately, providing a harmonious transition.
A subtly spicy finish
The tasting ends with an elegant finish, marked by a hint of chilli and simmering spices, pleasantly prolonging the experience.
