Nose : Un nez fruité et floral sur des notes d'orange confite. Le floral devient légèrement herbacé.

Palate : La bouche est grasse, gourmande sur le caramel, le fruit mûr comme le pruneau, la datte et l'orange.

Finish : Du poivre blanc, du gingembre et de la canelle pour un côté sec et tendu .
