Chiriqui is named after the eponymous province of Northern Panama. Made from local molasses rums, this rum is a blend of rums with a minimum age of 3 years. Initially matured in bourbon barrels, its passage in Moscatel wine barrels gives it beautiful fruity notes and an elegant complexity.

A unique curing for a delicate profile

Originally from the province of Chiriqui, this rum highlights the finesse of the Panamanian terroir. Its passage in Moscatel barrels enriches its aromatic palette by bringing floral and fruity nuances, while maintaining an appreciable lightness.

A sweet and airy rum

Its delicate nose opens with floral and slightly mineral aromas, accompanied by a hint of solvent typical of young rums. With aeration, the flowers gain in intensity and reveal subtle fruity notes. On the palate, the texture is soft and round, evolving towards a light woodiness and vanilla touches. The finish, light and finely peppery, prolongs the tasting with elegance.
