Fair trade and committed rum

Produced according to sustainable practices, this rum highlights the work of 800 certified farmers, guaranteeing fair remuneration and access to care and education. Its artisanal production and careful ageing give it a beautiful aromatic harmony.

A delicate and balanced aromatic profile

The nose reveals an enveloping sweetness, mixing blanched nuts, vanilla and coconut on an assertive woody base. On the palate, the round and light texture highlights notes of caramel and sweet spices, sublimated by the subtle presence of sugar cane and citrus. The finish, warm and persistent, is oriented towards toasted woodiness and toasted nuts covered in well-cooked caramel.
