Peru is not a big rum producer and yet its rum is excellent for the subtlety of its aromas and its complexity on the finish. This Classic Bristol rum has been distilled in an iron column from local molasses. The rum is then aged in bourbon barrels for eight long years in the Peruvian climate and then bottled in the UK by the merchant Classic Bristol.
