Presentation of this new Don Papa

Made on the island of Negros, Don Papa Alon is distilled from 100% local sugarcane molasses, then infused with iconic ingredients from Filipino culinary heritage: toasted coconut, jackfruit, and chili pepper. This original creation pays homage to the tradition of Ginataang Langka, a tropical dish with rich and warm flavors. The personality of the rum reflects the energy of the coastal communities of the Philippines, while offering a unique and enveloping aromatic experience.

It should be noted that this Don Papa Alon is delivered without a box. This new version will be available for reservation from June 2, 2025 for delivery in July.

Tasting notes

The nose reveals an aromatic and tropical profile, dominated by toasted coconut, tangy citrus, roasted pineapple and exotic fruits such as mango, lychee and papaya. On the palate, the texture is rich and unctuous, marked by a creamy sweetness, ripe fruit, and a subtle spicy hint. The finish is long, persistent, and resolutely tropical, with a harmony between fruit, spices and vanilla.
