Distilled in a column still , the rum then ages for ten years in oak barrels
American reburnt which gives it notes of oak and vanilla, characteristic of rums
old. The intensity of its color is explained by the fact that the share of angels in the Philippines is one of the largest in the world and that Filipinos, by tradition, do not practice topping up. The amount of juice that the angels have left us after 10 years is therefore very small and deeply colored and concentrated. The role of the cellar master in the production of Don Papa 10-year-old wines is key. His talent goes beyond the art of blending, he is the judge of appreciation of this rum and he is the guarantor of an optimal tasting at 43% vol

Nose : intense et puissant avec des notes de fruits séchés (raisins de Corinthe) et de cacao.

Palate : riche et soyeuse avec une touche d’épices et de chêne.

Finish : très longue et suave sur les notes de cacao et de vanille.
