Ingredients:

  • 4,5cl of rum aged Don Papa 7 years
  • 3cl lime juice
  • 1,5cl peach syrup
    Lengthen sparkling white wine 1 slice lime as a garnish

Preparation : Pour the rum Don Papa 7 years, lime juice and peach syrup into your shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake for 10-15 seconds.
Strain and pour into a Highball glass. Lengthen with sparkling white wine.
Add a slice of lime as a garnish and voila.
