It is then aged in American oak barrels that have contained bourbon for 4 to 15 years. The Sevillana Don Papa then benefits from 36 months of finishing in 2 Spanish barrels: The barrels that contained Sherry Olosoro and more originally, the barrels that contained Andalusian wine from Naranja. The latter originally contained orange wine, a local speciality of Seville.

Don Papa then developed a tailor-made assembly with a non-filtration that has an alcohol content of 45°. The result is a rich rum, which expresses an explosion of fragrant flavors of orange peel, hazelnut aromas and subtle dried fruits, accompanied by vanilla and delicately tangy notes. Rare and unique, Don Papa Sevillana is offered in a new setting reflecting the lush universe of Don Papa.
