This balanced rum with a delicate fragrance reveals notes of spices and rye, all coated by flavours of salted caramel. Its fruity nose is sprinkled with spices, it summons the freshness of mint and cedar.

Its unctuous palate confirms the aromas of the nose and reveals the crunchiness of rye. It evolves on flavors of prunes and honey. A delicate woodiness and a few slivers of dark chocolate conclude this aromatic profile that is as dense as it is complex.

Rare and unique, Rye Cask Don Papa rum is enhanced by a canister reminiscent of the codes of certain American speakeasies of yesteryear, now called speakeasies.
