The Savanna - The Very Rare Cask 2nd Release is a masterpiece from the Reunionese distillery Savanna, known for its unique know-how. This exceptional rum is made from a prolonged fermentation of molasses (6 days) and distilled in the Savalle column in 2001. Its entirely tropical ageing in ex-cognac barrels (n°537) gives it a rare aromatic richness and an incomparable intensity.

A rarity for collectors and informed amateurs

Carefully numbered, these bottles bear witness to the meticulous attention paid to each stage of production. Aged in the Cellule n°3 cellar, this rum has a powerful and generous profile, typical of the Grands Arômes, and will seduce the most discerning palates thanks to its assertive character and its 51% alcohol.
