Produced by the La Part des Anges distillery, this cuvée highlights Reunion's know-how in the world of agricultural rum. The distillations carried out in 2020 and 2021 made it possible to select a rum with an assertive character, representative of the island's terroir.
Triple distillation for precision
The Sublim' Canne Rose 45° benefits from triple distillation, a process that refines the distillate by reducing some of the esters while highlighting the aromatic richness of the cane. This method brings a great roundness and a beautiful purity of expression. Its aromatic profile stands out with an intensely fruity nose, while the tasting reveals a pleasant freshness accompanied by citrus notes.
