When terroir becomes a signature

With its single-vineyard cuvées, La Part des Anges explores the richness of the Reunionese terroirs. The expressions Sainte-Thérèse and Bellemène are produced from the same variety of sugar cane and according to identical methods of preparation and distillation. This approach highlights the impact of the soil and the environment on the character of the rum. Despite a distance of only 8 kilometres between the two plots, each cuvée develops its own aromatic identity.

The Sublim' Canne Rose 55° Sainte-Thérèse benefits from a triple distillation intended to refine the distillate and strengthen its aromatic richness. Coming exclusively from the Sainte-Thérèse plot, this agricultural rum fully expresses the particularities of its origin. Its nose reveals a beautiful fruity intensity, while the palate is distinguished by a remarkable roundness and a long aromatic persistence.
