La Part des Anges promotes the terroirs of Reunion Island through cuvées that highlight the influence of the environment on the character of the rum. The Bellemène and Sainte-Thérèse plots are grown with the same variety of sugar cane and benefit from the same preparation and distillation methods. However, despite their geographical proximity, each develops its own personality, demonstrating the importance of terroir in the production of great agricultural spirits.

The expression of the Bellemène terroir

The Sublim' Canne Rose 55° Bellemène is made using a triple distillation process to refine the distillate while highlighting the aromatic richness of the pink cane. Produced exclusively from the Bellemène plot, this agricultural rum reveals an intensely fruity nose. On the palate, it offers great roundness, good length and a generous expression of the natural sweetness of the cane. Its harmonious profile and enveloping texture make it a reference of choice for lovers of white rums with a strong personality.
