A bold blend

By bringing together an agricultural rum and a molasses rum, this cuvée explores a singular aromatic palette. The complexity of the double ageing in barrels gives this rum a subtle balance between power, roundness and greediness.

A powerful and intriguing nose

The nose is intense and surprising, marked by medicinal and camphor notes, evolving towards fresh cane, marzipan and candied fruit. A hint of fruity fermentation brings an almost acidic touch, reminiscent of the "great aroma" style.

A greedy and balanced palate

On the palate, the "great aroma" character is fully expressed with a harmonious combination of candied fruit, liquorice and olive. The blend with agricultural rum brings an enveloping sweetness, in the manner of Guadeloupe rums.

A generous finish

The finish is long and opulent, where the delicacy of candied fruit persists and blossoms, leaving a warm and persistent sensation.
