Expressive refinement

This rum benefits from a passage in new barrels, which gives it a marked woody structure and a beautiful aromatic complexity. The influence of young oak can be felt in its fruity and slightly spicy profile, characteristic of the Isautierstyle.

A gourmet and structured rum

On the nose, notes of vanilla, liquorice and ripe fruit intertwine with a fine, vegetal woodiness. On the palate, the structure becomes clearer: vanilla and anise dominate, supported by a woodiness present in both texture and aromas. The finish, surprising and greedy, evolves towards nuances of nuts, popcorn and nougat, leaving a warm and refined imprint.
