Savanna Creole, coming from pure sugar cane juice, is faithful to the agricultural rum’s traditional recipes. 

Conserved this way, the nobility of its fragrances comes out on the palate with vivacity. Fruity and lightly perfumed, it expresses fully its flavors in a ti ‘punch.

At the beginning of the XVII° century, the first rums were distilled from sugar cane juice fermented obtained from the pressing. This elaboration allows the rum to conserve the wealth of the sugar cane’s aromas. The Savanna distillery, located near “Bois-Rouge”, has an exceptionally fresh sugar cane juice, directly distilled after the fermentation.
