Nose : Il offre un nez chaleureux dominé par le caramel, la vanille et le boisé.

Palate : Belle rondeur à l’attaque, avec une réelle suavité, il prend aussi de l’ampleur, avec un caractère miellé, nougat, caramel au beurre. La puissance boisée sous-jacente lui apporte de la complexité et des notes de pain grillé.

Finish : Finale plus sèche, d’une langueur agréable et bien épicée.

The Rivière du Mât distillery is one of the oldest distilleries on Reunion Island, it was created in Rivière du Mât in 1886 and transferred to St Benoit in 1984.
