On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of ripe fruit, spices and woody notes, the result of its ageing for up to 9 years. The palate is ample and round, with a taste palette that perfectly balances the sweetness of molasses and the depth of French oak. The long and harmonious finish leaves an unforgettable memory of this treasure of Reunion Island.

Our tasting notes for The Must

Nose : Un panier de fruits et des petits bonbons acidulés! On a du pep’s, du fruité et une belle fraîcheur. Pour les fruits cela se situe entre la banane, la poire et la pêche blanche. Des notes de bonbons pour augmenter la gourmandise.

Palate : La bouche se pare de fruits mûrs et intenses, avec des petits fruits rouges (fraise sauvage ou cerise griotte). En fin de bouche, des notes de ganache au chocolat au lait et de torréfaction (légère) apportent de la complexité à cette belle dégustation.
