Located in the heart of Reunion Island, the Bois-Rouge distillery strives to transcribe the essence of its terroir in its creations. With this cuvée aged for 5 years, it offers a rum with a subtle balance, combining sweetness and complexity.

Careful ageing

Made from a blend of traditional rums aged in oak barrels, this rum benefits from a maturation that gives it a beautiful aromatic depth, highlighting gourmet and spicy notes.

Tasting notes

Its golden colour precedes a generous nose, where banana and Bourbon vanilla are combined with vegetal scents. On the palate, the attack is round and bright, marked by a harmonious marriage between spices, exotic fruits and dried fruits. The finish, long and expressive, reveals a beautiful floral, spicy and vanilla touch.

Nose : Fruits exotiques (mangue, ananas, passion) et pâte d'amande. Puis, à l'aération des notes pâtissières (baba au rhum, brioche)
