Distilled in 2021 and selected in brut de colonne, respectively at a high degree of 89% and 71.1%, the two batches of traditional rum and agricultural rum are blended brut de colonne before being gently reduced in the tropical climate of Reunion Island to obtain an ideal tasting degree of 55% vol.
