How to use Payet & Rivière's Galabé sugar?

Its aromatic intensity, combining sweetness and complexity, makes it the perfect accompaniment for your cocktails, desserts or even as a gourmet touch for your dishes. Let yourself be seduced by this jewel of Reunion Island and transform each tasting into an exceptional moment.

How to store Galabé Sugar Syrup in 20 cl?

The closed bottle should be stored in a dry place away from light. If this one is opened, you can keep it in the fridge. It is possible that the sugar crystallizes in the neck of the bottle, this is not a problem, on the contrary, your galab sugar evolves.

Payet & Rivière

Galabé is the result of a long and complex preparation of cane juice that follows the principles of an ancient and now extinct Reunionese manufacturing method. This raw cane sugar, golden brown and waxy in appearance, develops an original and subtle aromatic bouquet. Its honeyed texture and length in the mouth complement its exceptional taste characteristics. Located in the heart of the "Beau Pays", the Bel Air estate is one of the oldest properties on Reunion Island. Cane has been cultivated on this volcanic and tropical terroir for several generations.
