Belami Euphoria XO
An XO high ester from Vietnam
Made from the Roc 16 cane variety, Belami – Euphoria XO benefits from a 30-day fermentation that accentuates the concentration of esters, bringing an expressive structure reminiscent of certain whiskies. The careful distillation precedes ageing in intensely toasted oak barrels, in a tropical climate, favouring rapid and deep maturation. This special edition, created for the brand's 6th anniversary, highlights the uniqueness of a rum with character, with an alcohol content of 55%.
Tasting notes
The bouquet reveals nuances of butterscotch, tobacco blonde and leather, enriched by aromas of water chestnut and cooked banana. The smoky and herbaceous structure of the cane accompanies woody tones. The finish evokes a delicate sweetness reminiscent of roasted cane.
