- The Appleton Reserve 8 Year Old is the result of a blend of rums distilled using column and iron stills, then aged for at least 8 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. This maturation brings complex aromas and a characteristic sweetness.
- Finally, the Appleton Rare Casks 12 Year Old is a blend of rums distilled using the same process as the Appleton Reserve, but aged for at least 12 years in oak barrels. This rum will delight lovers with its complexity and intense notes.

The first production of rum at Domaine Appleton dates back to 1749. However, the origins of the estate date back to 1655, when the English took Jamaica from the Spanish.
