This is the crown jewel of the selection. At 43% (86 proof), this is slightly stronger in alcohol content due to its age.
Aged for 12-years in oak barrels, this rhum is similar to a Cognac or Armagnac in its quality. It was bottled in early 2011 and in unfiltered.
Individually numbered, the rhum is limited to 2,000 bottles per year globally and housed in a collectors box.
TASTING NOTES
Rich and full, with flavors of plum, cherry, spices, licorice, vanilla, hints of chocolate and caramel with a slightly smoky finish.
The flavors savor on the palate for a long-lasting finish.
