Sister Isles Reserva is aged in ex-Ribera del Duero wine barrels from the large reserve of Hacienda Zorita. Left in the hands of master winemakers, Sister Isles rums are aged slowly and at high altitudes in the monastery's cellar located in Ribera del Duero, Spain.

Nose : fruits noirs, cerises.

Palate : Boisée, épicée et nuancée par des arômes de vins.

Finish : Douce et persistante.

Sister Isles

Sister Isles Rum, a story that began more than 500 years ago, in exactly the same place it continues today. Since 1486 in the Douro Valley, there is an old monastery where Dominican monks reside. History says that Christopher Columbus came to this monastery before the departure of his conquest of the new world.
