Sister Isles Dark Moscatel benefits from a triple aging from molasses rums aged 8 to 12 years. The first breeding begins in the heat and humidity of the British Caribbean.

The second lasts 2 to 4 years in ex-barrels of the large reserve of Hacienda Zorita. Its aging ends slowly in ex-barrels of Moscatel, a sweet Portuguese white wine.

Sister Isles Rum, a story that began more than 500 years ago, in exactly the same place it continues today. Since 1486 in the Douro Valley, there is an old monastery where Dominican monks reside. History says that Christopher Columbus came to this monastery before the departure of his conquest of the new world.
