Origins and know-how

Bounty represents the true heritage of St. Lucian rums through the quality and value it inspires on the island. This brand continues Caribbean distilling traditions by using exclusively local natural ingredients to create authentic spirits.

Ageing and maturation

This spiced rum is distilled in columns and then aged for 2 to 3 years in old Bourbon barrels. Local spices including vanilla, cinnamon and the macerated bark of richeria grandis, locally known as "Bois Bandé", are then added to create an exotic and authentically Lucian taste experience.

Sensory expression

The nose reveals sweet spicy aromas with vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon dominating. On the palate, the notes of honeyed raisins blossom with an explosion of vanilla and nutmeg on the palate. This harmony of natural spices offers a warm and authentic finish.
