The Purity of the Eight Elements

Elements 8 is a rum from Saint Lucia whose name refers to the 8 natural elements that go into its creation: volcanic soil, tropical climate, spring water, sugar cane, yeast, copper in the still, oak in the barrels and time. The Platinum is the white version, filtered with activated charcoal for crystalline purity after a brief period in barrel.

Crystal clear and expressive

The nose is fresh and fine: citrus, fresh cane, subtle vanilla and white flowers. The palate is clean and elegant, with flavours of lime, coconut, white pepper and a hint of minerality. The finish is clean and refreshing. A white rum designed for premium mixology, it enhances Daïquiris, Mojitos and creative cocktails while being expressive enough to be enjoyed on its own.
