The different vintages of this range are made respecting the rules of elaboration of English style, the know-how and the quality of the rums produced by Saint-Lucia Distillers. They have the specificity of being distilled on the distillery's unique 45-tray column (Coffey Still), commissioned in 1984. The distillates are extracted on the lowest trays thus allowing a better balance of aromas which will then intensify and become more complex during aging.
