Nose : Nez à la fois soyeux et ferme, des arômes de fruits exotiques (mangue, ananas) puis le caractère phénolique (camphre), propre à la Caroni reprend rapidement le dessus.

Palate : Bouche ferme et douce à la fois, des arômes de pruneaux et de cerises à l’eau de vie.

Finish : Très longue finale, robuste, avec toujours ces arômes de pruneaux et d’épices. Longueur en bouche très persistante !
