Nose : Nez sur des notes d’olives noi res , d’ananas victoria flambées ou encore les fruits exotiques. Nous sommes clairement devant un rhum puissant et complexe.
Palate : En bouche, c’est l ’explosion, sur des fruits à coques torréfiées (noix de cajou, cacahuète) et l ’orange confite.
Finish : Son côté High proof (55°) lui apporte une richesse et une structure aromatique persistante en bouche.
