The rum is contained in a high-strength glass tube and hermetically sealed to retain all the flavors and aromas of the rum. Their diameter is large enough to allow you to also dare (smell) the rums in samples.

Nose : Les notes hydrocarbures tendent vers des parfums de café torréfié et de fruits secs.
Palate : Acidité fruitée, du citron vert, et très vite apparaissent des notes médicinales qui rappellent l’eucalyptus. Ce n’est qu’après que nous vient ce café et des notes de noix donnant une légère amertume bienvenue.
Finish : Fait étonnant, la longueur en bouche développe une gourmandise moins visible pendant la dégustation me faisant penser qu’une fois la bouteille épaulée, l’oxygénation dans la bouteille fera gagner le jus en rondeur.

The state-owned Caronidistillery in Trinidad and Tobago closed in 2002. After 84 years of practice, she leaves behind a few column stills, ironing stills and a few barrels that will give birth to the vintages* that we offer.
