Our tasting notes for
Nose : Beau duo de bananes vraiment trop mûres et d’ester qui nous rappelle la longue fermentation de la mélasse. Un peu de colle a maquette aussi maintenant. Lourd et puissant, entêtant, très concentré mais aucunement alcooleux.
Palate : Grosse claque de fraîcheur!! Pastille Valda, camphre, sève de sapin, bonbon la vosgienne, kaki bien mûr, très sec . Un boisé très présent marqué par les tanins et une bonne dose d’épices: (Muscade, cannelle).
Finish : Infini, légère astringence, marquée par une belle acidité et un retour de la banane mûre.
