Each sample contains 60ml, the perfect amount to enjoy this rum in tasting. This is the ideal format to discover Velier rum Caroni 1998.
The rum is contained in a high-strength glass tube and hermetically sealed to retain all the flavors and aromas of the rum. Their diameter is large enough to also allow you to smell the rums in samples.

Our tasting notes for Music Series 2 Caroni 1997 Rapso

Nose : à la fois ferme et soyeux. Avec une infinie douceur, des fruits exotiques (banane, mangue) caressent tout d’abord les papilles olfactives. Cependant, le caractère phénolique (térébenthine, camphre) de Caroni reprend rapidement le dessus.

Palate : ferme et douce à la fois. Les papilles gustatives sont littéralement inondées par des saveurs miellées et florales (géranium, jacinthe, réséda). Le milieu de bouche est occupé par la canne à sucre et par du chocolat noir.

Finish : longue, duveteuse. De nouveaux fruits font leur apparition : des pêches abricotées, des brugnons, des fraises des bois et même quelques myrtilles.
