This "rum finish" has made it possible to modify the aromatic profile of the blend by pushing it towards more exotic notes and a softer character with a balanced nose around fruit and malt.

The palate brilliantly combines cereals with exotic vanilla aromas.

The finish persists for a long time highlighting with even more vigour the Caribbean inspiration of this blend.

Gaelic whiskies were designed and made by the late Sir Ian Noble, a long-time gentleman farmer from the Isle of Skye in north-west Scotland.
