This rum from South Africa offers a round and smooth flavor profile. On the nose, aromas of caramelized molasses accompanied by a hint of vanilla emerge from the glass. On the palate, caramel and cinnamon open the ball. Very quickly, delicately woody citrus flavours evolve into a bouquet of sweet spices.
