Aging in two stages

This rum is first aged for 10 years in a tropical climate, gaining in intensity and richness. It is then matured for 5 years in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, in barrels that have contained the prestigious sherry wine "Don Guido". This process gives it an incomparable depth and softness.

A gourmet and refined aromatic profile

On the nose, bewitching aromas of ripe banana and caramel evoke a gourmet banoffee, enhanced by subtle notes of cigar and prune. On the palate, the sweetness of Guyanese rum and the power of Barbadian rum come together in a perfect balance. Vegetal and minty touches complete this rich and elegant palette.

With its amber colour with mahogany reflections and its sophisticated aromatic structure, this aged rum is ideal for enjoying as a digestif. Its elegance and complexity make it an ideal companion for a refined tasting moment, possibly accompanied by a cigar.
