Our tasting notes for 8 years

Nose : Il présente un nez sec, de résine, floral en arrière-plan.

Palate : La bouche est beaucoup plus suave, un peu miellée, d’une grande douceur, ce qui n’empêche pas une constitution solide.

Finish : Sur la finale, il développe plus d’épices (gingembre) et des notes d’agrumes, sans rien perdre de son caractère sec et apéritif. Jeune et fringuant, il persiste toutefois bien longtemps en bouche.
