Our tasting notes for 10 years

Nose : très doux et andalou, marqué par le sherry, il s’ouvre sur les épices douces (cannelle, vanille) et les fruits secs (raisin, amande).

Palate : très douce elle aussi, le malt et le sherry s’accordent parfaitement. Toujours sur les épices et les fruits secs, complétés de chocolat et de caramel. Pointe de tourbe et de tabac.

Finish : très longue après plusieurs gorgées, pralinée, vanillée et abricotée.
