    Distilled in columns according to the customs of the island and aged in white oak barrels, Trinidad is the expression of a more modern rum. Speaking in a pastry register, he was decorated with four stars by Paul Pacult, Spirit Journal 2015. A traditional rum, with deep character, marked by notes of cinnamon, exotic fruits, leather and nuts.
