Trhum

Located in the idyllic landscape of the island of Taha'a in Polynesia, 231 kilometers from Tahiti, is Domaine de Pari Pari, renowned for its artisanal production of rums (Trhum) exclusively from cane juice. This picturesque island is home to 20 hectares of plantations where six different species of sugarcane are meticulously cultivated, in harmony with the local environment and the specific agricultural conditions of the island. The precious cane nectar, known as vesou, is subsequently refined in a traditional Muller type still.
