Sugar cane of ancestral varieties certified AB, from plantations located on the plateaus of the peninsula of Tahiti and the island of Tahaa. : Cane juice is extracted quickly after cutting and then fermented for a few days before being distilled. It is aged for 12 months in wood.

Finish : La finale tout en longueur est séduisante entre fraîcheur et boisé
