The Del Maguey Mezcal Vida is the result of the know-how of the Paciano Cruz Nolasco family, located in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Produced from carefully selected espadín agaves, this mezcal perpetuates artisanal methods that have been passed down for more than 400 years. After a slow roasting of the agave between 3 and 8 days, the fermentation and double distillation stages in a copper still reveal a spirit of great finesse.
