Produced in the Sola de Vega region, this mezcal is made from Espadín agave, a variety prized for its sweetness and aromatic complexity. True to the philosophy of Los Siete Misterios, each batch is distilled by a different mezcalero maestro, bringing a unique singularity to each production. This artisanal process guarantees an authentic expression of the terroir and the Oaxaquian tradition.
An intense aromatic profile
On the nose, aromas of cherry, raspberry, banana and liquorice intertwine with hints of smoked olives, incense and damp earth. On the palate, agave expresses all its richness with sweet and floral notes, balanced by a slight bitterness. A powerful and refined mezcal, ideal for lovers of spirits with character.
Los Siete Misterios
Los Siete Misterios was born in 2010 with the desire to honor the tradition of the Mezcal by promoting local trade and small producers, all with a contemporary approach. Certified 100% Agave, each Mezcal of the Los Siete Misterios range is composed of a single variety of Agave bringing specific and specific aromas to each bottle. To have the name Mezcal it is necessary that the alcohol is produced in one of the 9 certified and controlled regions in Mexico.
