Bicultural know-how

Dos Maderas is recognized for its expertise in the art of blending and double aging. By combining Asian distilling traditions with the Andalusian heritage of ageing in sherry barrels, it creates rums of exceptional aromatic richness.

Unique ageing

After 12 years of maturation in a tropical climate in Thailand, Origen Thailand continues its maturation in Andalusia, in rare 80-year-old Oloroso sherry barrels. This process gives the rum an incomparable depth and intensity, combining sweetness and woody complexity.

Tasting notes

The nose evokes crème brûlée, toffee, coffee and toasted almonds spiced with spices. The palate, soft and unctuous, offers a persistent intensity. The finish reveals notes of toasted wood, roasted caramel, coffee, chocolate and coconut, marking a rich and enveloping tasting.
